Depending on your religion or beliefs, this can be a time of celebration, another day, or just another holiday. So, I wish you Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, or just Happy time off from work :).

Today I take a break from our usual posting schedule and use it to spend some time with the family. Here in Portugal, it’s a holiday, so we use it to eat some nice codfish and turkey, eat way too many desserts and enjoy some excellent wine. Overall getting fat and bringing the family together.

Regardless, enjoy this time of year, eat some excellent food, watch some “Home Alone” or “Die Hard“ (yes it’s a Christmas movie) as we all endure listening to that Mariah Carey’s song for the Nth time (you know what song I’m talking about but if not here it is ).

If you want something to read, check out a book called “1Q84” by “Haruki Murakami.” It’s enormous, but it’s well worth the time spent reading it. Or you can go back to my backlog and check back on older articles.

All the best to everyone, Happy Holidays, and see you all Friday for our regular Friday Function posts.
