Podcast: ATP (Accidental Tech Podcast)

When three friends talk about their passion, you always know that it’s a good podcast. Casey, John, and Marco started to talk about cars in a show called Neutral that went over for a few years. But, at heart, they were geeks, and technology started to come up in the conversations more and more, and Neutral stopped, and ATP started.

From ATP’s website:

Three nerds discussing tech, Apple, programming, and loosely related matters. Hosted by Marco Arment, Casey Liss, and John Siracusa.

As you can see, the show was born accidentally, and that’s why they call it Accidental Tech Podcast. Casey, John, and Marco have fantastic chemistry, they are funny and are incredibly knowledgeable, but they keep things simple so that average “Joe” can follow. They are self-assumed Apple fans, so you can expect the conversation to go around Apple and what they are doing now. Besides that, all 3 have apps on the App Store to provide you the consumer and the developer perspective. If you want more details about their work, you can visit their websites at Marco Arment, Casey Liss, and John Siracusa. They don’t blog a lot and prefer to talk on their podcasts.

If you’re into technology and Apple, you will like ATP. They give us weekly discussions on what’s happening in that world and some other news that pops up in the technology world and is worth discussing. Since the shows talk about current events, I would recommend you start listening to the more recent episodes and ignore the older ones. They are exciting, but the information becomes outdated weekly, so start now and follow their show.

Finally, all of them have other podcasts in the RelayFM network that I’ll feature here soon.
