Some look at Microsoft Planner and think of it as a copy or being a “me too” Trello. It’s so much more than that and has some exciting ideas. I like it mainly for getting any team coordinated in a single tool. I’ve used Trello for a while, but since switching to Microsoft’s stack, Planner has been a pleasant surprise. I’ll go over some of its use cases, integrations with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and, most importantly, Power Automate.
Automation is critical in a smooth-running team being, whether small or large.
