Category: Microsoft Teams

Microsoft developed Teams to be something different than other tools like Slack, for example. Microsoft made sure that the integrations with its other products would be rock solid and accessible to everyone. Besides that, using SharePoint as a backend, allows you to have all it’s features like file management and wiki, making collaboration super easy. Another impressive feature is that you can edit documents directly in Microsoft Teams. You don’t even need to leave it to make changes to any document. Above all, Microsoft developed Teams so that it’s the central hub for every company to congregate. Like Slack, you can integrate apps and bots, but it allows much more. You can embed a Power BI report in a tab or a Planner, allowing the team to have their tasks centralized. Finally, the apps are genuinely cross-platform so that you can use it on the go or in the office.
