The best investment you can make is in your personal development. Improving your skills, knowledge, and understanding of topics is essential. Every great leader regardless of their time was constantly learning. You can see examples all around you if you pay attention. It’s a skill that is cultivated, and I’m trying to do that. And I’m inviting you to come along and learn some new stuff with me. So once in a while, you’ll see personal development topics popping up—podcasts, books, tools, and tutorials, for example. I don’t have a defined strategy for this, but I want to provide diverse things for you to learn. This section will most of the time be part of other bigger sections or tutorials, but that’s ok. Think of it as a big umbrella that can have a lot of content. Finally, if you don’t understand something, don’t feel discouraged.
