Ulysses

I like Ulysses a lot. It's a beautifully focused writing app, and once it clicks, the features you didn't know you needed start doing real work for you. That's the point of this section. There's plenty to share and plenty to discover, from the way Ulysses handles a growing library of drafts to how it fits into a real publishing routine. A good example is the guide where I walk through fixing the WordPress login error, a small snag that can stop you from posting when you're ready to hit publish. Little fixes like that are exactly what I want to collect here, so you spend less time fighting the tool and more time writing. I use Ulysses for most of what ends up on this site, so the tips come from daily use rather than a feature tour. Please keep in mind that these are my own views.
