Why I prefer to fail forward?
Why I push forward to fix problems instead of rolling back to a safe version
Each new habit you build matters, whether it improves you as a person or as a professional. Every great leader I can think of kept learning throughout their life, and that is a skill you cultivate rather than inherit. So I started publishing the habits I am forming and the way I practice them. The first, back in 2020, was reading 30 books that year, with the real goal of reading every day no matter the material. Reading is essential, even fiction for pure enjoyment, because you always pick up something new. There are many more habits I want to try, and I will share them in due time. I want you to keep me accountable and to my word, and hopefully build a few of these habits alongside me.

You can't do two things at once, but you can group tasks so one action completes many. A simple mindset shift for getting more done without burning out.
