This is my second “Happy Holidays” post. Last year was a special one because it was my first, and I was not expecting to keep writing for a few months, but now that I’m writing consistently for over 1 year, it feels good to know that I’m contributing in a meaningful way to the community.
It’s been now a hell of a year. And not in a good way. Challenges all around us and a disease with no signs of slowing down, although the vaccine shows some promise. I don’t want to be a “doom and gloom” post, but I want to be realistic to start.
If you’re in trouble or having a family member that is being especially affected by this pandemic, my heart goes to all of you. Stay strong. Better days will come.
Another surprise was the feedback. Comments are usually not the safest bet on a website, especially one with your name on it, but I’ve got only good comments and nice feedback. I feel super lucky for the people that come here every day to find answers to their questions, and especially happy when people express their gratitude. As we all know, people are quick to criticize but few praises. Getting good feedback is my motivation to keep on writing and give you more interesting stuff to read.
Finally, for all of those who don’t celebrate Christmas, but celebrate any other holiday, here’s my wish for good health and to keep as safe as possible.
Happy holidays everyone, and thank you for everything. Having this site in 2020 was one of the best things that I had, and I have all of you to thank.
To another year of good health and getting back to normal.
All the best!
